I watched the game tape last night and one of the announcers mentioned Antonio Johnson and how he is a pro prospect. From that point I put alot of attention into watching him and I have to say he dominated. He got downfield and made blocks and his pass protection was top notch. I think he has a great chance to be all-Sun Belt. The good thing is that he is just a Soph. and he will be here for two more years. From what I saw against ULL, pro prospect is an understatement. This guy looks like a top talent to my untrained eye.

He's a puzzle. When he was on the right side he was slow and awkward and was beaten consistently, but when they switched him to LT, he came alive. He moves well, he doesn't get beat much and he gets off the ball well. Usually it's the other way around...LT is the harder position to play. When they made that change last year, I thought it was going to be a disaster, but AJ is a very good LT. He must look like a damn mountain to the DEs he plays.

The Rest of The O-Line...Fortenberry has a chance to play of Sundays. He is a big mobile Center and the NFL is always on the lookout for those guys. A couple of years ago, I'd have said Feeley coulda been a good NFL player but his knees are shot. YBarbo is small and the NFL doesn't do small, except he is a ferocious player (our honey badger). Lemon, as much as Mac promotes him, is just a good Guard, but he is young. If he keeps getting better, he's definitely got a shot at Sundays. Aniyam has come on this year and he plays very well. He platoons with Feeley, probably to save Feeley's knees and give Aniyam experience for when he takes over full time next year. Can't tell if he has the NFL potential.

The whole crew should be All Sunbelt.
