UH Fans comment on UNT fan attendance

The official box score attendance was 25,476, and there was obviously less than that in actual attendance. Without looking at all the box scores from the past five years, that's got to be one of the lowest in at least three years.

The student section in particular was very weak...the smallest I've seen it in at least two years. The early losses obviously hurt, but that was still very, very disappointing.

North Texas brought a good group of fans...more than five times what Rice brings.

On the plus side, I did enjoy the easy parking, and getting a signal on my phone.

I disagree. North Texas brought a *great* group of fans. Loud, proud, and lots of green. It was really exciting to see that. I love to go to games when the visitors draw a nice crowd. The one drawback was the UNT tailgate being further away than I thought it'd be. I really thought it'd be right outside the Rob like the Texas Staters were.
