On the bright side ... What a great fan turnout for another disappointment in Houston. To those fans that made such a great showing, along with the band, cheerleaders etc...

We have a solid core of fans that have been fed years of disappointment on the field in important games like tonight which matter. It hurts. Sorry but that's how I feel after seeing so many hanging heads wearing green leaving Robertson.

Hopefully I will find reasons for optimism on the long drive back home tomorrow.

Dan Mac situation is not like previous coaches at UNT...we have invested a lot of money in facilities, etc and have some momentum with fans and alumni....if we backslide, we lose that moemtum...and this is what I am seeing now.....this has been and old story at NT...needs to change quick.

My only bright side for years has been tailgating, I think that it hurts the most now because I was seeing what I felt was true progress against the bigboys LSU and K-State. Now I feel sucker punched.
