Lance Dunbar's graduation was expected to leave a big void in UNT's rushing attack, but Antoinne Jimmerson and Brandin Byrd have filled in for the school's all-time leading rusher very nicely this season. Jimmerson leads the team with 330 yard on 59 carries, while Byrd has 284 yards on 82 attempts.

Not for anybody that was paying attention.

I didn't know we were worried at all about the running game.

No way we score 31 when we could barely score 20 against a terrible FAU defense.

Unless special teams the defense scores 3 TDs

Let's hope our K-State offense returns. Remember, we did score 21 points vs their very good defense.

They were looking ahead to OU the next weekend.

When do we start indulging U of H posters on this thread? Or is that on the other one?

26 - 24 Good guys.

I have no rational basis for this. I just figure that the smog and sadness and general smell of depression emanating from our state's nether regions, our guys may have a tough game ahead of them. Then there is poor Public School Stadium, filled with ass-whipped fans beaten down by Douchie-come-latelies who never met a bandwagon they didn't try to mount. I really feel for the die-hard Coogs, the ones who were around before Sumlin/Holgersen/Briles and even before Jack Pardee. I'm talking about the Ancients that were around for the original New Fangled Offense: the Veer. They must be glad stuff is happening and people are smiling or something -- they can't really tell. Honestly, they are just glad to see the next day, son. You'll know what they are talking about soon enough with your iPods and Nintendos.

I almost feel bad for them Almost.

Let's all take a moment to consider ol' Prez Sam Houston. If only he knew what a mess of a town we named after him. Food isn't bad though.

Go Mean Green.
