The sooner this happens, the sooner the boosters can go back to making their under-the-table payments. There will always be those who will feel the need to break any rules put in place.
It's time to make the players officially employees. Sign a binding contract, hire an agent, pay taxes on you salary, and if another school wants your player, you have to trade for them. And a hard salary cap across the board.
That is the only way to make it fair at this point.
This may be 2024 but I would say like in 1984 please show me where one player has said they attended a school or transferred out of the school due to either the uniforms they wear or not changing them up enough.
