Looks like he may be back by NEXT game. Mac said he was our best corner and would have an immediate impact. I figured they would redshirt him but if he's ready by Florida Atlantic I would think it makes sense for him to play.

That really worries me that we are rushing Warner back when our secondary has been solid.

I'm thinking long term and getting a full year of of Warner on a completely healthy knee.

I had to quit football because of my ACL injury and one bad tweak can ruin the chances of ever getting back.

I trust Mac and the training staff.

I think the issue is without AK our pass rush has really suffered. Warner could give the DL more time to get to the QB. I think Mac was very frustrated with the amount of time the K-State QB had to throw the ball and hopes Warner will provide some help with his coverage ability.

Bigger news would be McCoy. A better pass rush would help the secondary.
