Watching Josh play really well against top team in a tough district. He is a project but physically and athletically he has alot of upside.

I think Jim Hicks does a great job on his rankings. Probably has seen almost every kid on that list play since middle school

I know he's a project guy, but 31 is kind of low for just the Houston area. Especially when you see where the guys ranked in the 20's committed.
