I can already see how this plays out. BCG will announce , due to health issues , he is leaving coaching for awhile. Nobody has to be fired and everyone can save face. He will go into rehab ( for alcohol and/or anger mangament) for a year and announce later he is a changed man and wants to coach again in the future.

Bubba migh be the best / only option right now
