I tend to want to love and support our players and their families no matter what they decide to do career wise. It is sad but I don't think we have any choice other than to give them 100% support when they leave us behind.- 2

Sorry but I've gotten to the point where I don't really care about any particular player anymore. How do you support players when they have absolute zero loyalty to the university? Let them do what they choose but then again they should also be held accountable to criticism or any comments made just like we do with professional athletes. Sorry to rant but I'm absolutely sick of what is happening, and yes I know some of you are going to jump in and say they have the right to make money. Making money is not the issue. The fact that this whole cluster f has come about with no rules and neither side giving a damn bit about what the fan base thinks about. So come this fall I will be supporting the University of North Texas and whoever we put on the field but I'm sick and tired of hearing players and their families talking about their appreciation and loyalty to North Texas. With all due respect just perform on the field and don't expect the fans to be invested in the individual players.- 3

Portal +/- numbers for UNT
You only support this system because it benefits your school and your donor rich system. Not everyone is a rich private school. The system should allow everyone a shot to be successful. The athletic situation we find ourselves in now is not much more than a glorified community college.- 1
