Lafayette or Monroe?

Phil Steele and several others get it. The University of Louisiana @ Lafayette wants to be known as Louisiana. It's on their uniforms, in their end zone, etc. The University of Louisiana at Monroe is content to be known as ULM. It's likewise on their uniforms, in their end zone. Until LSU legislators stepped in, the university in Lafayette had obtained clearance from the original holder of that name (Tulane) and was set to be the only University of Louisiana. It is the oldest and largest of the UL system schools.
