I have a friend that went to Evergreen College in WA. Their mascot is the Geoduck (pronounced gooey duck), which is the world's largest mollusk.

Apparently, it's just Division I schools otherwise the California-Santa Cruz Banana Slugs and the Amherst Lord Jeffs would have also been included.
