On the podcast RV indicated that there were some engineering tests going on to determine what the Super Pit roof could accomodate in terms of weight. That had always been an issue but with the updated technology, I am glad to see they are revisiting this to figure out what we can do versus what we can't. Look at how light these TV screens are today -- it's not the same as it was 10-15 years ago when we were hearing from Helwig the roof was a deterrent to a center court board.

You put a top notch center court video screen in and the Pit will look as the youngsters say dope!!!!

Harry, Teenagers from the 90s are not really youngsters anymore.

It will be really interesting to see what video improvements are made. Also, I wonder if they will improve lighting.

Thank you Ernie Kuehne! He chaired the committee that made this happen and things moved quickly. This is excellent for Coach Benford and Coach Petersen to be able to have predictable practice schedules and location.
