NT Soccer vs. MSU

Kelsey Hodges scores in the 82nd minute to give NT the 1-0 victory @ Missouri State. NT is now 2-0-0 on the year. Apparently the goal was a free kick from near midfield and the keeper got caught off her line and it just sailed in over her head.

Missouri State beat UALR 5-0 on Friday night.

Go Mean Green! One more road game @ SHSU before the home opener against Houston a week from today.

Too bad the Baylor game is going to conflict with the pep rally.

This has happened before, and the soccer team has still gotten a good crowd. i would wish the athletic department would put a little more care into avoiding conflicts like that, but it may be inevitable.

Nice weekend for Mean Green Soccer, this is a young team that should get even better by the time conference matches come around. Hedlund just keeps the wins rolling!
