Terrible news. Worth noting in the comments:

As a colleague of Coach Grimes, there is no way I believe that he is guilty of these charges. He has outstanding character and is a wonderful role model to the students of Calvert ISD. I am sick and praying for this to be resolved before this good man's life is destroyed.

I hope he is innocent. also, but not looking good.

Note he was taken to a federal holding facility, which means federal charges. A 1 1/2 year investigtion probably means a wire tap and telephone conversations.

Hopefully there is some terrible mix up. If not, I think we are talking more than a couple of eight balls... much more...
