Rockwall-Heath High School in Heath, Texas, opened its doors in 2005. In seven years, it’s become of the most consistent athletic competitors in football.

On Wednesday, the fourth member of Rockwall-Heath’s 2013 recruiting class committed to an FBS school, as offensive guard Chase Regian gave his verbal pledge to Louisiana-Monroe. Regian, a 6-foot-3, 276-pound lineman, chose the Warhawks over interest from North Texas, Texas State, New Mexico and Colorado State.

And...he actually saw Monroe????? And, still committed???? This over a supposed offer from UNT? Like UNT90...my guess, UNT didn't offer. Who in their right mind would ever...EVER...choose Monroe over UNT?

Good luck to the kid, I'm thinking he would be wearing green if he had been, in fact, offered.

Give ULM credit -- for all their resource issues they manage to field a pretty good football team every year. I wish them well.

We may have deferred awhile ago but I think we might already have all the linemen were going to take for this class.

The operative word is 'might'. There are still three offers out there that could accept and we'd be foolish not to take them. All are rated higher by the analysts than our commits.
