Scout.com rated Baxter as a two-star recruit and ranked him as one of the nation’s top-200 wide receivers. He also held an offer from North Texas and had strong interest from Baylor and Virginia.

Last season, Baxter recorded 39 receptions for 666 yards and seven touchdowns.

Good place for him.

I've seen him play since he was a freshman.

I hope he is a starter and 4 year letter winner for them.

I also hope $MU doesn't cancel any of those games.
