CSN Houston lands C-USA football games

Even though MLB and the NBA will be the primary products of Comcast SportsNet Houston, the channel will debut with a healthy dose of college football.

Eleven Conference USA games that will be seen across the South on Comcast Sports South will air across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico on CSN Houston, the new Rockets-Astros channel that debuts in early October.

Among the games will be North Texas at Houston on Oct. 6, SMU-Tulane on Oct. 13, Southern Miss-Rice and UTEP-UH on Oct. 27 and UH-Marshall and SMU-Rice on Nov. 17. Also airing are Memphis-East Carolina on Oct. 13, UCF-Memphis on Sept. 20, UAB-Southern Miss on Nov. 3, Marshall-UAB on Nov. 10 and Southern Miss-Memphis on Nov. 24.
