Give North Texas another 2 Texas HS football recruiting classes and we'll be OK, because our recruiting stock just went up today.

Apogee Stadium + CSUA membership ='s Much more than we've seen in a long time at North Texas.

OK, for you who requested it: I repeat: If I were Coach Mac, I'd red-shirt more than usual to start stock-piling talent in areas we will need as a CUSA member.

I don't say we take a dive in the SBC this Fall and it would be nice to win it and go to a bowl, but our future is not in the SBC anymore and we need to make

more than just a good impression our first season in C-USA IMHO. Just sayin'

This is simply not a good idea. We need to win as much as we can with the best players we have during our last year in the SBC. That way, we can continue to recruit better players. Play your best guys. No matter what.

If you tank just to redshirt some talented freshmen, you will lose out on future prospects.
