There are 22 vote for Noth Texas as of 8:40 p.m. WHY? People always bitch about apathy. Here it is in spades! It doesn't cost a F'n penny and only take a few seconds to vote. Will we win this thing? No. But we could make a respectable showing, just from people on this board. I hope coach Mac and Coach Benford don't see the type of support their programs will get.

I'd definitely vote...and multiple times, if I didn't have to link up with Facebook to do it...too much "stuff" on Facebook already that I need to get rid of...I don't need to add anything more. Sorry...really did want to vote for the Mean Mreen!

If I can vote without this being linked to my Facebook page...let me now how and I'll vote ASAP and often!

      24/25 MBB Attendance Tracker

      3,715 and what, maybe 200 students (not counting cheer, dance and pep band members), showed up and witnessed a clinical take down of our recent nemesis in the second half as the Mean Green pulled away for a 77-64 victory over FAU. Oops, two years removed from a final four appearance FAU (time flies). In contrast, we had 4,551 show up to see us play FAU last year. We are starting to run out of them (or are we?), but I supposed this week's excuse is the NFL playoffs. We are down 733 or 19.09% compared to the first 11 home games last year and down 1,024 or 24.8% compared to last year's full year average. We have 5 home games left this season. In the final 5-game stretch last year we averaged 4,809 (4,316, 5,689, 5,247, 4,241 and 4,551). In comparison, our highest attended game so far this year is 4,029 (780 less) for Temple. Next home game is UTSA on 2/1/2025. Last year we had 5,247 attend the UTSA game. Can we get that this year? This team deserves better.

      I think UNT Doge needs to look at those funding trails. I’m all about creating more experience environment for our fans. For adult ideas check out the concourse activity in the Thomas and Mack for UNLV games and for the kiddos check out a Texas Legends game in Frisco. It’s nonstop entertainment. Also, how about a supporters group like the Dallas Beer Guardians in Frisco before FCD games. They have an elected Board. They have a membership level as low as $10 for the season. But this group meets religiously before every game and puts on away match watching parties in Dallas and Frisco. The after party at Miss Angeline’s was fun and connecting. Organize this on the front end before the game. Jared would be well served to hire an experience engineering team that scopes successes and simply focuses on engagement initiatives. This is not his forte - he needs a team with some influencers sprinkled in. To heck with those who don’t want to come for whatever reason (some students dormant alumni). Go get the peeps who want to be entertained at the family group and individual level. GMG
