Finally got a call back from a fairly solid source who said the chatter is pretty strong that North Texas and Florida International are virtual locks for Conference USA, with Louisiana Tech coming in behind them

The only way I see this happening is UTEP is moving west and MTSU isn't making the cut. I'd be shocked if UTSA is chosen over La Tech.

I think the only reason I see UTSA making it is strictly based off of market as they have zero history as a FB program and their Men's BBall history is relatively short (established in 1981).

Does anyone think they weren't going to vote to change conferences? If you host a visit you better be in a position to accept if offered. Just like us. Nothing has been offered to anyone. Especially not us, yet.
