Ashley Davis begins her fourth season with the Hoyas after helping turn the Hoyas into a nationally-recognized program since coming to the Hilltop. During her time the Hoyas have been to two-consecutive NCAA Tournaments, the Sweet 16 and the WNIT.

Davis works primarily with the guards and plays an important role in recruiting process as the recruiting coordinator. Additionally, Davis fulfills duties as the equipment liaison. She also develops scouting reports and film as well as handling a number of game-day tasks.

Prior to Georgetown, Davis served one season as the head JV coach and varsity assistant at Western Hills High School in Fort Worth, Texas where she mentored the guards, developed shooting form, ball handling and passing fundamentals. Davis also ran a summer tournament and shooting clinic for high school-aged athletes.

The San Antonio, Texas native was a standout guard and four-year letterwinner at Texas Christian University. She was also a two-time all-conference honoree. Davis is the fifth all-time leading scorer in TCU history with 1,291 points and ranks second in TCU's all-time record books in both career three-pointers and free-throw percentage. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2005 and a master's in educational administration in 2007.

While at TCU, Davis was also an active member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
