I've just read this news

Suspended defensive coordinator Gregg Williams is alleged to have made direct plea to his defence to inflict pain on several players he identified by name before a January 2012 playoff game in San Francisco was released by a documentary filmmaker on his web site.

Sean Pamphilon released the full 12-minute audio clip on his web site and alleges Williams delivered the chilling speech at the team hotel near the San Francisco airport the night before their divisional playoff game.

The United States of Football (www.theusof.com) includes subtitles with the audio. The text accompaniment indicates that at one point Williams raised his hand, rubbing his thumb and fingers together to signal money would be paid for injuries when talking about delivering a "remember me" shot to quarterback Alex Smith.

The Saints lost a very physical game at San Francisco, 36-32, the night after Pamphilon said the speech was given.

"Respect comes from fear," Williams says early in the speech. "This is how you get respect in this league" later saying "when they are fearing us, they give us the ball."

Williams repeatedly reminds his players, "affect the head. Touch and kill the head."

Pamphilon had access because he is creating a documentary focused on former Saints special teams player Steve Gleason, who is suffering from ALS, and also produced the ESPN documentary "Run Ricky Run."

The fiery, profanity-laced speech features Williams imploring defensive players to hit 49ers quarterback Alex Smith under the chin, to "find out about the little wide receiver, No. 10 (Kyle Williams), about his (recent) concussion"; to injure wide receiver Michael Crabtree's knee; attack "little No. 32" (backup running back Kendall Hunter) and get him on the sideline; "clip Vernon Davis' ankles" and repeatedly refers to running back Frank Gore as the "head" the Saints need to kill so that the "body will die."
