"Someone educate me on how a HC can be a great recruiter while at North Texas."

Of course, they couldn't get through that thread without someone taking a shot at our school :(

Easy reply: Someone tell me how you can be at UT and be out-recruited by Baylor.

"If she is the hire, there is no reason to break the bank. Pay her $ 1 dollar more than she makes at North Texas. Period."

These are the UT fans that I would like to punch... in the face.

This is a person who does not understand business then. Probably not an alumn of UT, let alone ANY university.

Easy reply #2: Someone tell me how you can be at UT and be out-recruited by Texas A&M.

I don't think that is nearly as hard to explain as Baylor. A&M is basically as large as Texas plenty of "State" schools are roughly equal to the big brother school in basketball.

(Hell even in a case like Kentucky, where Louisville is "little brother" to the Wildcats --- they still have 2 NATIONAL TITLES are are one of the top 10 programs of all time)

Baylor is a small religious private school. Much harder to recruit there.
