DENTON – Four North Texas football players were jailed early Sunday after a series of incidents at a party held by a local bar following the Mean Green's win over Arkansas State on Saturday night.

Defensive back Jeremy Pearl was charged with 3rd degree felony assault of a public servant and silent abusive calls to 911. He was released from the Denton County Jail after posting $6,110 in bail. Linebackers Cody Spencer, Taylor Casey and wide receiver Ricardo Smith were all arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, a Class C misdemeanor. They were released Sunday from the Denton City Jail after posting $300 in bail.
