East Football: ECU,Marshall,UAB,USM,Tulane,Tulsa,Rice,UNT,UTEP

West Football: UNM,AFA,CSU,Wyoming,UNLV,Nevada,Fresno,Hawaii,SJSU

East Olympic: ECU,Marshall,UAB,USM,Tulane,Tulsa,Rice,UNT,Charlotte

West Olympic: UTEP,UNM,AFA,CSU,Wyoming,UNLV,Nevada,Fresno,SJSU

This allows UTEP to maintain a Texas presence and reduces costs for them in all other sports. Charlotte football will ultimately move up to FBS and they will be given preference in that sport for future expansion. Charlotte has large market and ECU and Marshall are accomodated and they travel to UTEP once every other year for football only.
