They never were river boats. Misssissippi law only required that they float, so the casinos all built large buildings on floating barges. It's that way in Lake Charles, LA.

But since Katrina, the casinos on the Mississippi Gulf Coast are allowed to be built on land. In other words, they're not small casinos.

2nd, Hot Springs sucks... Probably one of the worst cities in the worst state, absolutely nothing to do. Besides of Belle Artese Ossobuco, the food also sucked. Biloxi would be pretty sweeet, I mean who doesnt love to gamble, drink, and watch basketball

Biloxi, having been there two weeks ago, is just a big version of Hot Springs without the scenery. There is no smoking ban in southern Mississippi, so the drinking, gambling, watching basketball can be done in Hot Springs which is much closer.

No, but you have to wear a gas mask to even sit there due to all the smoke.
