Kenny Buyers info?

It is my understanding that Buyers signed with air Force 2011, then transferred to UNT. HE's not on the current roster...could be he tranferred to NT then graduated?

Kenny Buyers apparently didn't attend the Air Force Academy. He was not listed on their 2011 roster so he would not be considered a transfer. He is enrolled at UNT and participating in conditioning drills and should be available for spring practice as a walk-on.

Unless they have changed, the majority of football players going to the service academics spend their first year at a prep school. Thus they can transfer out and not miss a year with 4 years of eligibility.
