Softball: 2/26 vs. # 12 TX Tech
I would bet the 2 pm start had more to do with allowing Tech to get back home....at a decent time. (I'm assuming they bussed here for this game....may be wrong). As to the game.......we might have to go up against that top pitcher of theirs....the one they got from Stanford, after giving her a $1 million NIL deal. From Vito: “It’s a big opportunity,” DeLong said. “We’re pretty sure we’re going to get Canady, who is probably the best pitcher in the country. It will be good to see how we match up. She has one of the best fastball-rise combos in the world.” Canady was 41-10 with a 0.76 ERA in two seasons at Stanford before hitting the transfer market. -

North Texas offensive line coach Cutter Leftwich headed to Oregon
Didn't Cal fire Mike Bloesch? Or are they retaining him as an O-line coach after firing him as OC? If he's available, he would be a solid replacement, IMO.- 1
