So with this happening, it seems like CUSA MUST take care of themselves first before trying to rely on a merger.

You would think now with just 8 teams they have to sign another team or be in jeopardy of losing the league.

I hope that RV is sending some chocolates and roses right now to a special someone at CUSA headquarters.

Add North Texas to the East.

Add FIU to the West.

Decide on whether you can get Temple to the CUSA East.

If not, add FAU and/or MTSU to the East

add UTSA and/or Texas State-SM to the West

Not having baseball and mens soccer or tennis right now at North Texas does hurt us a little.

I know we can show CUSA baseball in the master plan at the MGVillage but, it would be better to show we are breaking ground on a baseball stadium.

I also found its interesting that Kentucky and South Carolina plays in CUSA for mens soccer. Colorado College in womens soccer.

There is no basketball only schools in CUSA in mens or womens.

Not having baseball is about as significant as not having women's bowling when it comes to realignment. Trust me that will not be the reason should UNT get left out.

I'd say that UNT is certainly in the mix. It just depends on how many teams CUSA wants to add (if any).

La Tech, UTSA, Texas State, UNT, Arkansas State, FIU, FAU, UL-Lafayette are all possibilities. I'm sure the AD at UNT has his ear to the ground on this situation.

Thank you. Some people on this board have trouble understanding this thought. I'd love to have baseball as much as the next guy, but it doesn't bring anything to the table in realignment. Sure didn't seem to hold SMU back.
