Hays’ 6-foot, 3-inch, 285-pound senior center Boone Feldt learned he made an All-State football team for the third consecutive season, signed with North Texas University and was scheduled to play in the International Bowl, a contest sanctioned by the International Federation of American Football. The game’s sponsor is the National Football League.

Boone Feldt was welcomed to the U.S. Under-19 National Team last Friday morning.

USA Football, which selects the team, presented Boone Felt with a helmet and also presented Hays High head coach Blake Feldt – Boone’s father – and principal David Pierce with Team USA jerseys.
