I'm ready for some spring football. This is the time of year when you see how effective the off season has been for everyone....especially the redshirts, or the people who are changing positions. It's also the time of year when you get to see the transfers and walk-ons. They are often the hungriest players and it's great to see them pushing the guys on a "ship". It's when everyone gets their chance to show the coaches what they got.

Last spring was when I first spotted Ivan Delgado. He was wearing #25 or 26.

Must say I was thinking this same thing when I started reading this thread...let's get some spring ball started so we can see where the progress has been made...should be some definite positives from out last class of redshirts, walk-ons, etc., etc. Not to mention some bigger, faster and stronger scholarship players after another off season of workouts under Coach mac and Co. Good point, Silver...good point.
