2013 HS - Keith Frazier - 6'5" SG

Recommended Posts

Didn't sign in the early period, regular signing period doesn't open for 2 more weeks. He's nothing but a verbal anywhere, and the word has been Tech for the past few weeks.

my bad. heard he's going to sign with smu. my friend in the know at tech is the one who told me.

Brilliant! Frazier tweets out he's going to be an "SMU Mu$tang" surprised he didn't say he's going to "take his talents to Hooker Killer U"

Lol. I'm sure the "$" was not put there by accident.

Not surprised, he has mouths to feed, after all. I think the dollar sign is very appropriate. It will be fun to watch the NCAA sanctions on SMU after Briwn leaves.

It won't be fun in tge mean time to watch him turn SMU into what we all thought UNT could have been last year.

Thank you, Coach Benford.

Keith Frazier is a better pro prospect than Tony Mitchell right now. Will not be the better college player but his game is better suited for the NBA. At 6-5, he can shoot with the best of them but does not have Mitchells versatility or athleticism. Ridicules NBA range beyond 3 pt range.

Congratulations to Keith and SMU. Always happy to see local Dallas area kids stay home. (UNT or SMU)

McDonald's All-American Game - Monday's practice observations:

Keith Frazier (Dallas Kimball)

"The shooting guard from Dallas' play was one of the most pleasant surprises of the day. He was feeling it from deep and has legitimate range to the NBA 3-point line. He's bigger than we realized and likely pushing 6-foot-6. There is no question he's a five-star talent".

I'll bet anyone that SMU tries to schedule us now.

Had JJ stayed, not so much.

Hell, I bet SFA and Sam Houston are trying to schedule us now.

Sad thing is, if we had hired the right coach, we could have been in on this kid instead of chasing JUCOs that may or may not qualify.

There is no doubt that we will see them on the schedule as soon as they are certain they will win.

Will that is one thing that Benford has accomplished, oc games will be easy to get.

With UTA new arenas, SMU and TCU infusion of tens of millions into their program , I predicted it would be difficult for NT to remain at the top of metroplex bb.

All that was not necessary, all it took was the wrong hire for NT.
