PAC 12 & Big 10 Scheduling Crossover Games

Two of college football's top conferences are going to go head-to-head in non-conference action starting in 2017. The Big Ten and Pac 12, according to a report by ESPN.com's Gene Wojciechowski on Wednesday, are going to organize a full conference vs. conference schedule agreement pitting all 12 members of each conference head-to-head for at least one game beginning in the 2017 season.

This screams of isolationism. They are trying to stem the tied of crazy change in college football. Who knows what the sport will even look like in 2017 if we are all even still on this planet:)

It shrinks the supply of money games so that is bad but it gives fans several good early season match-ups and that is good.

So if the PAC 12 & Big 10 won't play mid-majors, then I guess it's time for the mid-majors to boycott them.
