Chris Cornell's album called Songbook. It's a live CD of but scaled back/unplugged songs. Pretty badass.

The self titled 'Holy Ghost!' album was by far my favorite of the year

Fleet Foxes was decent... aside from Helena Beat, I really wasn't that impressed by Foster the People, all there good songs were from their EP... M83 was good, but a little long... I also enjoyed the new Toro Y Moi album, even though he is terrible live... BADBADNOTGOOD was a refreshing album... Friendly Fires continues to impress...

that's what I have off the top of my head... I think I like the Justice album gets better the more I listen to it, but does not warrant being put down as a top album...

Fleet Foxes haven't completely got it together for me. They make some unbelievable songs, but then just can't put together a solid album for me. Their next release might finally do it though....for me anyways. Mykonos is one of my all-time favorite songs.

Toro Y Moi album, even though he is terrible live...

Did you go to the show at Club Dada? One of the biggest let downs I ever had for a live show.

Although an EP, I'd like to add Surfer blood - tarot classics to the best of 2011 list.
