Bryan Oldenkamp Cali Juco OL to New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - Lobo Football Head Coach Bob Davie adds two midyear transfers to the 2012 recruiting class. Both players are from California, and will bring size to their respective positions. David Orvick is a 6'2, 217 lb sophomore linebacker who played football at Foothill College. Orvick was the 2011 NorCal All-Conference selection with 66 tackles. Freshman offensive lineman Bryan Oldenkamp stands at 6'5, 280lbs. Oldenkamp had scholarship offers from North Texas and Marshall.

That one is extremely hard to believe. With four starters returning (three are sophomores), a 4-star transfer, and a letterman who has appeared in 20 games, that is likely our deepest position. Add to that Mac's penchant for taking JUCO's only when absolutely necessary and this story sounds phony.
