ESPN ranking NT prospects as 3 *

go to the NT web site on ESPN, click on NT commitments...they list 4 NT prospects as 3*

In looking for info on Sam Rice I looked at scout...it shows a 3* rating for Same but doesn't show an offer by NT. Just thought it was interesting.

ESPN (Scouts, Inc.) tends to be a little behind on who's committed to whom. They also don't rate nearly the number of players that Rivals does. But for those they do rate, their ratings and scouting info are every bit as good.
