Question: how do we get information about possible recruits to the rig

my law partner told me about a guy that we should be recruiting and he sent me information about the kid and the coach etc. He's apparently being recruited by BYU and UH but BYU is a long way away and UH has a coaching vacancy.

Thus, there might be some interest.

Does anyone know how I can get this to the right person at UNT?

Any information is appreciated.
