On a recent episode of Mean Green Insider Alonzo admitted he could only squat 135 before the strength coach got him working out this summer. He now squats somewhere in the 300s IIRC.

_{His odds may have (or not) improved a bit if he had pulled an Awasome and played a little football this year. Might have helped his credibility as well as his experience level.
