Cowboy Memories is starting off their sponsorship of GoMeanGreen.com with a new contest. The winner of this contest will receive a custom acrylic coaster set. With this comes a solid walnut box for the coasters to set in and four 4” custom acrylic coasters. The winner will be able to design the lid of the solid walnut box and want he or she wants on the coasters. Remember you can find unique, high quality UNT Christmas gifts at Http://www.cowboymemories.com. These coasters are very cool and I will post a picture on this thread as soon as I can.

RULES: You must enter your projected winners by midnight Thursday December 8th. That way if there are leaks the day of the event we will already have everyone on the record. You have to be registered on the GoMeanGreen.com site and post your winners in this thread to be eligible. In the case of a tie, we will have a trivia question contest or some fair way to determine the winner. You will be required to provide Cowboy Memories with your address and information for them to be able to mail the prize. Athletic Department staff, Players and players families are not eligible for this contest since they may have information on who the winners are (sorry). If you are a lurker (we have a lot), now is a good time to register because you have a chance to win a prize. Best of luck to all of you and Go Mean Green!!

Just out of interest...

The questions that really threw people off:

Joe Greene Outstanding Defensive Player = A lot of people said AK47 but it was Zach Orr

Jaquay Wilburn Running Back = People chose Hamilton here because they didn't think Lance could win in multiple categories.

EVERYONE missed outstanding linebacker -- it was Forlando Johnson. That was a surprise to many and shows how what occurs on the field doesn't always translate to paper or the fans.

EVERYONE missed outstanding defensive back --- it was Ryan Downing and after watching some of his bone crunching hits on the video against Alabama I think he will be missed.

ALMOST EVERYONE (except MGT and Dr. Seuss) missed outstanding defensive linemen. Everyone put Boutwell but AK47 got the award.
