Bold prediction considering Columbia just beat LMU by eight.

They look like a NYC version of Troy. 19 of their 40 shots were from behind the arc. They made 12 of 19 3-pointers (63%).

We can beat Columbia. To preempt the question- I think we will beat Columbia. Still think LMU is the toughest challenge we'll face this weekend.

They look like a NYC version of Troy. 19 of their 40 shots were from behind the arc. They made 12 of 19 3-pointers (63%).

They don't look like Troy. They look like the good guys from Hoosiers.

Or the bad guys from Glory Road.

We can beat Columbia. To preempt the question- I think we will beat Columbia. Still think LMU is the toughest challenge we'll face this weekend.

That is a huge under-statement. LMU has already beat 2 ranked teams (UCLA & St. Louie). But, they did lose to Harvard and the MUTS.

Harvard is 7-0 with a win over Florida State #20 and MUTS are 7-1 with a win against UCLA and double OT loss to Belmont who has only lost to Memphis#10 and Duke#6.

There's no shame in losing to MUTS or Harvard. They are by far the best team in this tourney.

That UCLA team is 2-4. Their ranking wasn't earned, it was a preseason projection. The Bruins may turn it around, but a tthis point the St. Louis win is really LMU's only legit win over a ranked team.

Which is still quite impressive considering they had 2 key contributors out in that game.

That UCLA team is 2-4. Their ranking wasn't earned, it was a preseason projection. The Bruins may turn it around, but a tthis point the St. Louis win is really LMU's only legit win over a ranked team.

Which is still quite impressive considering they had 2 key contributors out in that game.

Man, I love college basketball. So many teams, variables, etc. Y'all please make sure you keep me up to date when I make ignorant comments with no research behind them. :rolleyes:
