i realize you could care less what a hilltopper fan thinks about your coach.

i listened to the first half hour last night and i can see why you're excited about your guy. very sharp and no excuse maker.

i'm a firm believer in the 80/20 talent/coaching ratio but the 20 is very important. if your staff can get the studs in i think coach dan will do a hella job with 'em.
