I couldn't help but wonder after reading the recruiting board about a kid we were after signing with Oklahoma if this might have an effect on our recruiting.

Chances are it won't, but I feel real bad for anyone that just signed with them.

Given the restrictions they have on official visits and scholarship reductions... I think we're a lot likelier to win a fight for someone like Foster or Hammonds next year, if Oklahoma is their best BCS offer.

What I found interesting about it , Jarion Henry gave his verbal pledge to OU soon after the violations hit. Doubt he ever makes it to a D I school , but we'll see

Henry verballed to Oklahoma since that article, some reports say he signed an LOI, and other say he's petitioning to enroll at semester break from his prep school and play for Oklahoma during conference season.

Point of clarification... Henry and Williams were teammates.

Further point of clarification... Even if Henry were available- I'd rather see us sign the illegitimate love child of Rod Flemings and Hitler before putting Jarion Henry on our roster.
