i would say 3 at most. ASU,ULL, and FIU. i think we will beat WK at home saturday, and both of us will finish 6&6. if we don't, then they will finish 7&5, but i just don't think the belt gets 4 bids. just an old mans opinion.

There are too many variables to count UNT out if we finish 6-6. If FIU would for some reason lose it's next games and finish 6-6, then I don't see them getting a bid over us. Also, I don't see the Belt having no chance at getting 4 bids this year. It's certainly one of the strongest years for the belt overall, so 4 isn't completely unrealistic. Just have to make sure we win and wait and see.

but it's not just about the belt having a good year and many bowl eligible teams...if other conferences are doing well and getting their teams eligible, then we are stuck with our bowl tie-ins...we can just win and let the dominoes fall.
