It's a regional channel. Has nothing to do with UT if that's what you're thinking. They've been running ads for a lot of the Texas college football shows. Also some Texas concert shows.

ArkStateFan has written several times about this. 10 wins pretty much gets you into the top 25 no matter who you are.
