if Arkansas State isn't going to stream video, can't we send our video people and stream the game on our MeanGreen Premium network?

Mean Green Premium network is for home games. Good idea, but that isn't happen'.

According to their website, the game will be showing (but not for free).

Looks like $9 for the one month membership.

Don't be fooled. This is Jonesboro, Arkansas. They are still on dial-up, Prodigy is their provider and they call the addition of outhouses a "million dollar" upgrade to their stadium.

Yeah, and I still get those damn e-mails from FIU's atheltic department.

Set up a Gmail account for ordering these things from other schools. That way their spam doesn't take up space in your regular email box.

After we've all signed-up with the Arkansas State premium site, Now the MeanGreen premium site has the same posted as available:

Is it really available on ours - Does anyone know about this? will the feed be the same as thru the AK State site with the same announcers etc. or will the Mean Green Site have our guys announcing - it's a shame that it wasn't listed on the list of live events sooner so anyone that signed up for the AK site (and wasn't already a member of the MeanGreen site) could have spent their money with us instead.

Well crap again. My guess is that they will both be the same video feed. (They often just pipe through the video from the stadium video board.) The difference may be in the MGRN audio vs. the ASU audio. Oh well.

Actually, Jonesboro is 100% Broadband High Speed. And the port-a-potties are a very welcome addition to the concourse until we get the funding to do stadium upgrades to include new restroom facilities. Our biggest problem is that when they increased the seating capacity years ago they failed to increase the restroom and concession capacity enough to handle the larger crowds. We are going through some growing pains but we will get there. When we win the 'Belt this year I feel like we will sell the naming rights to the stadium and that should provide the funding for improvements. Regardless of our facilities for those in attendance we are still going to win this game. Arkansas State University WILL be the 2011 SunBelt Champions. Good luck to y'all (except for Saturday). Hoping for a competitive, injury-free game in Jonesboro.

      In my opinion UTSA deserved to be in the 4. I don’t like them or that fact but this is football recency bias. San Antonio built a successful football program worthy of moving up. Now the PAC would have also gotten their not very good basketball program and the other sports. But it didn’t matter. These moves were being made on football alone. Yet the powers that be have to look at the whole package and our whole package is very strong to the deciders. We know the factors. The only way to leverage our way back to a level perception with them is by beating them. Beating them silly like TSU did would be delicious but just beating them is our next step. As for Traylor. I think he realized that this is UTSA’s best shot for elevation. I do believe they step back this year. I do believe his team will get poached every year. I do believe his nightmare of the longhorns long run of sustained success and the eyeballs of San Antonio is here. Texas State is loud and here. They are going to get paid back by the league in 24. It’s everyone’s best shot in a long while. UTSA couldn’t make it happen out west. I predict he is on the move perhaps to Waco in a few short months. 11.15.24 GMG

      Agree, but something changed (maybe just for a while and maybe due to the specific coach), but Army became one of the dirtiest teams we played. It was disgusting to see.
