i saw one this morning advertising Penn State's 2-year online degrees while reading a random topic. not as good as the Longhorn Network banner but still funny to see advertising for other schools on this site.

There is no possible way to prevent this, Google owns the world and that includes College advertising. Every time I ban one another completely different one comes up and that's just the way it goes. This happens on all of the college sites out there.
