South Alabama

Just got back form the NC State - South Alabama game at Carter Finley. I saw a gutsy and determined S. Alabama team give a decent ACC team all they could handle. Though the final score was 35-13...this was one of those games where the final score was not the whole story.

The Jaguars kept it a game until half way through the 3rd, then started to wear down. They turned it over 2-3 times inside the 10...and had 2-3 other turn overs. I know...some may say that good teams cause turn overs...but most of them were due more to S. Alabama mistakes more than NC State forcing them.

Anyway, I was proud of the future SB Conference member.

On a side note...when will we have a decent game against a decent BCS team??
