My parking pass has victory hall on them. Is this the red or blue lot or both?

Both. The color pass dictates which entrance you will come in from. The instructions are on the back of the pass.

The stadium map shows Bonnie Brae to be open. Won't know until one tries it, but the way i look at the map Bonnie Brae is open as that is not in the Denia neighborhood. Willowwood at Bonnie Brae will be closed, but not Bonnie Brae it shows...I hope that is correct.
