NT V-ball vs. #17 Oklahoma

OU won 3-0 in front of a pretty full arena (a good contingent of OU fans, but not nearly as many fans as NT). Our team fought hard, but OU was clearly just the better team. Games like this should really benefit us when comference play starts.

Was a little hungover this morning so I missed the early game Since football season looks grim I had to be overly excited from the soccer win! Hopefully they can regroup and pull out a win in the evening. The game vs Cincinnati starts at 7 right?

Thought Volleyball was going to be a bright spot, but 6 games in already have losses to Houston Baptist and Sam Houston and only victories over 2 SWAC Teams and Lamar, now to cap it off at our own tournament the team does not even win a set. Yet we are picked to win the Sun Belt West???

To be fair, SHSU was undefeated when we played them and is very good.

OU is ranked #17, and Cincinnatti is the defending Big East Champion...

I don't ever like losses, but it's not like we are playing powder puffs. The teams at this tournament, including SHSU are better than almost all SBC competition we will face.

A bad start no matter what spin you put on it. He is playing a lot of newcomers over returning players which may explain the slow start as well as the competition.
