Won't you have some tough choices next year? Between Lee, Rollins, Tucker, and Wallace?

I think it's great to have a pipeline like that! Now can we get a kid from Gilmer, Carthage, Dangerfield, etc. too?

On that notes what are a few Chapel Hill games you'd suggest I try to attend? Do they get up closer to the metroplex in the regular season?

I know, tough choice down the line - but Laramie is special, both as a person and being the first CH player to commit to Dan McCarney and the Mean Green.

For this year, I think Mason Y'Barbo will be a surprise - may well have some significant playing time from all I am hearing.

As for CH games, nothing close to the metroplex. But here are some possibles as top games:

CH @ Carthage - CH in 2010 3-A Div 1 final; Carthage won 2010 3-A Div 2 final

The rest of CH's games are not against great opponents (Lindale game could be a good one - @ Lindale on Sept 23) although Athens game (@ Athens on Nov. 4) could very well be a good game, and for the district title. Athens went a couple of rounds - maybe 3 - into the playoffs last year.

CH played Center in the playoffs last year (Center @ CH Sept. 30), but that was the 2nd time they had played in 2010 and CH blew them out both times.

Hopefully in December (9th?) CH and Henderson will have a rematch at Jerry Jones Stadium for the 3-A Div 1 state championship (CH is currently ranked 1st, Henderson ranked 2nd in most polls). A long row to hoe, but it might well happen.

Wow - hard to believe North Texas has three commits from CH. It is going to be an interesting CH season in that regard.

I'm really hoping Chico uses Hamilton as more than just a spell for Dunbar and finds ways to get the ball in his hands when both are on the field.

Can you say 'wildcat quarterback'? I hope that Chico can insert a few of those plays...especially near the goal line.

So you are saying that The Claw and EastTexasMG are not allowed to adopt players any more?

Well, since SilverEagle got to adopt 2, I assume they could adopt other players. But you'll have to go a lot higher up than me to get an authoritative answer on that.

I hereby adopt the leading wide receiver for last nights game, Ivan Delgado, just to see a players name spend some time on the first page of this board in a positive way. Heck, the guy has actually improved in some statistical category in each of the last 3 games. He has a nice vertical leap and puts forth some noticeable effort. The guy has HEART. So, whovever mentioned in another thread that someone needs to show up at wide receiver should have noticed that one guy has!
